01 · REQUEST
Complete the online request form with a description of your garment or textile, the work you have in mind, your preferred timing, and clear photographs whenever possible.
We’ll consider the details.
02 · REVIEW
March House Studio will review your request, ask any follow-up questions, and confirm whether the project can be accepted. You’ll receive pricing information and instructions for the next step before any work begins.
Prepare your piece.
03 · FITTING OR DELIVERY
After acceptance, local alteration clients will receive instructions for scheduling a fitting or drop-off. Keepsake and heirloom materials may be delivered locally or shipped using the directions provided.
04 · COMPLETION
Receive your finished piece.
March House Studio will complete the confirmed work with careful attention to the original materials and agreed scope. You’ll be notified when your piece is ready for pickup or return shipping.
